Hazards

my journey to healthy-ness.

I started a bit of a cleanse today to get back on track….

But there is a steak in the fridge begging to be eaten, is that ok? I am going to eat it but should I officially start my cleanse tomorrow because of eating it?

I need to reboot because I had:

  1. Christmas
  2. New Years
  3. A trip to Melbourne
  4. All leading to a blasè attitude I’m afraid
  5. Australia day
  6. Work camp (need emotional sustenance food due to stress)

So, I plan to cleanse with fresh friut and veggies, lemon water and tea.

NO: milk, bread, heavy carbs, overly processed foods etc.

I might get some detox pills or something from the chemist, I am not sure yet.

Any tips?

I am on basically no carbs so muffins, cereal and toast sound great but I’m not eating them much any more.
I tend to love eggs in the mornings but some days I am so lazy ^_^

I think my body has stopped processing fats properly.

I get an upset tummy everytime I eat fats :( I guess this is good, I need to be more careful though.

So sore stomach!

My keto bar is like sand. I hate them.

What else health can I have for breakfast? I have eggs every second morning. What else can I have….?

Maybe I will have a bath and eat the chocolate I won today.

Today I feel too exhausted to walk….

I had to have a pastie for lunch. I waited until 3pm, avoiding all the shit on offer and then I was just beyond hungry…

I feel sick and exhausted and awful.

I will take he-shirt for a walk and then have a bath and then watch TV allllll night.

Truthfully…? Some days I have to really bully myself into walking… but once I get home *BAMF* I feel fricken awesome.

Not struggling with food at all. All that talk about addiction to corn chips was just me rationalising my unhealthy ways!!

I just walked T-shirt (my dog) and…

It is almost a 3km walk! I have been doing that at least once a day for the past four days :)

My ankles still hurt like a mother fucker but… apparently I am not doing further damage…?

Also, got an exercise bike, it is so old school! I plan to ride while I watch TV shows :)
