I started a bit of a cleanse today to get back on track….
But there is a steak in the fridge begging to be eaten, is that ok? I am going to eat it but should I officially start my cleanse tomorrow because of eating it?
I need to reboot because I had:
- Christmas
- New Years
- A trip to Melbourne
- All leading to a blasè attitude I’m afraid
- Australia day
- Work camp (need emotional sustenance food due to stress)
So, I plan to cleanse with fresh friut and veggies, lemon water and tea.
NO: milk, bread, heavy carbs, overly processed foods etc.
I might get some detox pills or something from the chemist, I am not sure yet.
Any tips?
